Terms of Use
By downloading or using Pushup Alarm, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using the app
Pushup Alarm is an alarm clock that requires you to complete pushups, counted by your device's camera and sensors, to turn the alarm off. It's provided for personal, non-commercial use.
- Don't rely on it as your only alarm for safety-critical situations.
- Exercise at your own risk and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.
Subscriptions & purchases
- Pushup Alarm Pro is available as an auto-renewing yearly subscription (which may include a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription automatically renews unless it's cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
